Methodology - the techniques I use
And in what form?
1 - 5 sessions during which we focus on a current problem or question. Our aim is to discuss, analyze and understand the problem.
After exploring your needs and requirements we determine the frequency of sessions and the most effective methods.
it is recommended in case of problems related to your won self or to your relationship with your environment as well as in case of illnesses. During the first session we work out together the framework of cooperation. We select the method / methods that are the most suitable to your problem and to your goals. We also determine the recommended length of the therapy and the frequency of sessions.
Small group sessions:
sessions for 5 - 10 persons on particular topics (e.g. autogenic training
, developing stress management skills, integration problems for foreigners, developing conflict management skills, developing self-knowledge, etc.). Groups start every half-year depending on the number of candidates. Together with the participants we determine the exact dates, time and the frequency of the sessions.
